Orders

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many of our pieces enter processing or production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. If you believe you made an error, contact us immediately and we will review your request.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

In-stock items typically arrive within 6–12 business days total.
Made-to-order pieces usually arrive within 10–18 business days total.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We proudly offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order is not eligible for refund.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or item not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence.

Approved cases are handled at our discretion and may result in a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, accidental orders, or normal wear.


Materials & Quality

What materials are your pieces made from?
Our collections include stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, moissanite, and other selected materials depending on the piece. Each product page clearly lists the materials used.

Please note that gold-plated and fashion jewelry will not perform the same as solid gold or fine jewelry. Different materials have different durability, weight, and longevity characteristics.

We aim to offer strong value at every price point while clearly representing what each piece is made from.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
Stainless steel pieces are highly resistant to tarnishing and are suitable for everyday wear.

Gold-plated items may naturally fade over time depending on wear, care, skin chemistry, and exposure to water or chemicals.

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding moisture, lotions, and harsh chemicals and storing pieces in a dry place when not in use.


Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend reviewing the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order. For chains and bracelets, measuring a piece you already own can help you select the right length.

Because all sales are final, please double-check sizing before completing checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system. Your payment information is protected and is never stored by us.
